Top notch. Since using Zerorez my carpet has always been so much cleaner. The employees are polite. They efficiently clean my carpet. Also the process is very quiet. They tell me what sections are more in need of work. All in all, Zerorez is very good in every way. I heard of your company from the radio. So glad I gave you a try. It was/is the best decision ever.

This is the first time we had the furniture and carpets cleaned. My tech Robert H. worked very hard on all the furniture and floors. They look great.
Appointments are done within 1-2 days. I don't have to call way ahead
The tech was very professional and friendly. However, when we asked him to add some tile areas and an additional carpeted room, he did not make it very clear what it was going to cost. The tile area is maybe half the size of the carpeted area and ended up costing more! I feel like we got cheated.
On time ... in and out quickly and did a fine job.

Didn't ask much about pre treating any stains prior, only told me about stains after they were done.
