If a house has pets with pet stains I think there should be one low fee added for pet treatment instead of per area. That way I don't have to choose which area of the carpet gets done and which area has to suffer when it's all one continously carpeted area. It's not always visible where a pet has soiled and I really needed the whole 3 rooms done but I had to pick and choose where because of the cost.

The technicians seem to do a complete job and are very friendly and will explain
things if asked. They also seem to be very careful in regards to the house and what
their doing.

I had three bedrooms with carpet cleaned. One of the rooms still has a lot of dark, dirt areas. The technician was on time, polite and professional, but not sure why the one room did not come clean like the other two. Would like the one room redone please.

There is no use of soap on the carpet and 98% of all the stains where able to have been removed. Our carpet had a lot of stains. The worker was very quick and friendly. These are great people to work with.

I would like to suggest that your workers have a paper with them that details all of the various jobs you offer. I asked about my Lazy Boy--if they could clean it(and they did)! Maybe if the homeowner has a complete list of all your jobs more people will take the extra jobs.

We have a small dog that urinated on the carpet in the den, I had two options one a $25.00 a spot up-charge which would clean all of the way through the pad, or a $40.00 pet cleaning for the whole room. Since there were quite a few I elected to spend the $40.00. Prior to leaving Peter the main cleaner told me the faster the carpet dries the less likely that the stains will regenerate from the pad. I placed not only the ceiling fan on, but also an oscillating fan at the door way. after six hours of dry time we still have the stains. The rest of the rooms turned out great.

Its detergent and harsh chemical free. Carpets and tile surfaces stay clean longer as compared to the results of other cleaning services. Techs provide more comprehensive and detailed service. Have opportunity to purchase cleaning fluid to use between services.

The couch that was cleaned in my basement looked fine after the cleaning while it was wet. After it dried - there were still crusty spots and the odor remained.

Didn't see any change in the grout cleaning. If that is normal then I would have liked to be told before hand

Fast & does a good job

I liked how clean my carpets were. I did not appreciate that your employee tied my silk drapes in half to get them off the carpet and left them that way. He should have talked to me about it first.
