I love that there is no odor or residue left after. The carpet looked truly clean. Darryl did the job and he was so personable and knowledgeable. He took the time to explain what he was doing, and seemed to take a lot of pride in doing the job well. I will ask for him next time!

The water and no residue

We were not given any prep/expectation instructions (move, vacuum, sweep) so the employee was "cleaning" the tile over dust and dirt.
We were told we would get a call when the employee was on their way, this did not happen.
We received a call asking if you could come earlier than our appointment because there was an opening and I said no but she camd early anyways.
When the employee arrived, she did not introduce herself at all and just stook awkwardly at the door.
The employee was aggressively trying to upsell us on other services. To the point where she proceeded to spray our stainless steel fridge with her cleaning product and now there is a stain we have been unable to get out.
The carpet turned out good but the tile (which was most of the service) was done extremely poorly. The grout along the baseboards was not treated and now there is a noticeable discoloration and demarcation line where the clean grout meets the grout that was ignored.
We need someone back out here to finish the job and to get the stain off our fridge.

I have had my carpets cleaned 3 times for the same stains each time and it never works. Its been a few days after my cleaning and the stains are gone and staying away.

The man that came out was very friendly and professional. He explained everything that he was going to do. I didn't think he could get all the stains out of my carpet, but he did.
