When your technician arrived and I noticed that it was a woman, I was a little leery at first about the job she would do . But she soon proved to be the best technician that I've had out to my house. She spent more time and did a better job on my upholstery than any other technician that you have sent in the past . I will definitely request her the next time I have my upholstery cleaned .

I like that everyone is so nice. Also, you don't leave my carpet rough and crunchy. It always feels soft and clean when you are done.

The Zerorez method has made it possible for us to keep our very old carpeting this long . The company we had used in Colorado, and called when we moved to Sun Lakes, told us there was nothing they could do for our old carpeting. Before incurring a $10,000+ carpet expense we called Zerorez. Bottom line, they were able to make our carpets look quite acceptable for the past 6 or 8 years. Their technicians are knowledgeable about special treatment and stain removal. They show up when scheduled and are courteous. Would I recommend Zerorez? You bet.

Multiple requests for areas to be cleaned only to hear it was residual h2 o however those areas remain dark and soiled days after all is dried.

Great detail and my very old carpets look great. The technician really took his time and treated the pet soiled areas and made it look new. Very happy with the results.

We just did some remodeling in our kitchen in our rental propery and although we put down plastic, overspray got through. Zerorez was able to get it all off!!

Carpet was soaking wet for Almost 12 hours or more.. Still see spot where there weren't any before the treatment. Just feels like the carpet was saturated and nothing else done. The guy was nice just would never recommend to anyone. Also for how expensive for stairs and the call the company still wanted forty dollar pretreatment service. Seems like a scam!!

The quote I was given by the technician for a very small chair was ridiculous. I was quoted $65, which I was able to get cleaned somewhere else for $10. While the customer service was perfection, it's very over-priced. My carpets look nice though. Pleased enough to recommend basic services, if only on special discount/promotion.
