Very professional, our carpets look great and we received awesome service.
My carpets are very clean. Your service reps really knew all about the product and did a fantastic job. Every question I asked was answered in a manner that I could understand.

We were told to treat a single pet urine stain in our sons room it was a $25 additional charge. We were given a discount on the service at the time however I am extremely disappointed to say that the smell of pet urine is still extremely pungent in that room despite the "special " treatment. I have never had this happen after having my carpets professionally cleaned. It's very upsetting and I would've been very upset had we paid full price for a service that was clearly a waste of time.
I was able to get a service call quickly and the service person came on time, was professional and did a good job.

I'm not sure. I was expecting more from the cleaning. Trying to sell our house that was cleaned. My realtor suggested this company and said after the rug would look nice and clean and fluffy but it was ok.
