We have used Zerorez for our carpet cleaning for a year and a half and are ALWAYS PLEASED with the job you guys do. We just had you clean our tile and grout yesterday and WOW, what a difference it made in the whole appearance of our house! We used another company three years ago to clean our tile and grout and they didn't even come close to the job that Zerorez did!
If there is a Zerorez in Tucson where we are moving, I will keep using them!
I like the no residue. The best part of this was my technician Billy Holy. He was awesome! He was friendly, knowledgeable and I felt comfortable with him in my home! I would definitely use zerorez again and I would request Billy!
Carpets came out very good
My carpets look sooooo much better. They are 8 years old and have never been professionally cleaned so they had terrible track marks where we commonly walk. I knew they wouldn't look new again--I'm a realist. But I am very happily surprised at how clean they did come out. Most of the track marks are gone, just slightly visible where it was the worst. Thank you!
We liked that no chemicals were used for cleaning. Carpet looks really nice and Nicole was delightful. She explained the process well and did a really good job!

I saw the email about tile and grout cleaning and expected a better job. The young man doing the work was very attentive and tried to answer our questions. When you say grout cleaning I was expecting our less than two year old floor to look like new and the grout did not come clean. There was a trail of water and footprints between the kitchen and front door where he was going in and out. When he was ready to collect and that area was still not done both my husband and I started to check that floor and he then picked up a rag and wiped across some of the areas. The rag was not clean or damp and it just smeared the areas. After he left I got a mop out and cleaned that tile area plus the spots on the the floor he cleaned that had dried spots that left marks. I could have done just as much with my steam cleaner and saved the $100. I will never request this service again.
Professional, fast, and job well done!
The online appointment scheduler was really nice and the service was done promptly on the day I requested. The carpet cleaner guys were very friendly and worked really hard. Overall I really enjoyed the service. I thought the overall bill was pricey. I got the same stuff done at another place 2 years ago and the bill was 100 dollars cheaper. If money was tight and I had to get my carpets cleaned again, I would look for something affordable.
The technician was professional and did a great job! Although, I wouldn't be giving a 10 if it weren't for him. I made the apt about 2 weeks in advance knowing I was moving out of this rental and the morn of the appt I received a call telling me that you all had overbooked and needed to reschedule. Then they tried to move my appt time to a later time in the day. Very unprofessional and bad business in my opinion. I understand things happen but when needing to be out with carpets clean very worrysome!!

Professionalism, courtesy, exquisite cleaning, no chemicals used, the person who did the cleaning (Troy), very clean and polite, did thorough work and courteous and conscientious. Even the people on the phone were courteous, polite, professional. Everyone made us seem like you really cared about us, your customers.
I had my doubts on being able to get our tile and grout clean, but to my surprise, it looks almost brand new.

The carpet soent get as clean as i thought it would. I got better results renting a rug doctor from lowes and cleaning carpet myself. The stains came back 4 days after your services.
