Your technician, Kevin Randolph did a great job cleaning our previously dingy dirty tile and carpet. The tile grout was transformed from black to its true sand color. Fine technician and products equals very happy customers at this house.

My carpets always turn out great
Become more affordable and don't try and upsell cleaners and add sq. footage to up the price. You are quick to add on for a large room or long hall but don't take into consideration a small room with three fourths of the carpet covered with furniture.

The tech sent to my residence THIS TIME was amazing!
I used Zerorez three times in the past and did not feel that my carpets were truly cleaned. In fact, I called the company and advised of my dissatisfaction. Later I felt I should give the company one more try (fourth time) and I'm happy that I did. The tech this time brought a machine (up stairs)that removed debris from my carpet in advance of cleaning it. What a difference this made in the overall outcome. This tech was through, professional, and courteous. Going forward I will ONLY request this tech to come back out to my residence when I need your service. He DESERVES a RAISE in salary!!
Kindly note that NOT ONCE did any of the previous techs bring this machine into my residence to perform this pre-cleaning process of my carpets. It's truly a shame!! However, I know why, they were lazy because I live in a condo - upstairs. Thus for my call to the company to explain my frustration and dissatisfaction in the end result of cleaning of my carpets.
Very efficient and the process for extricating dog urine from carpet and pads was top notch.

Robert was friendly and efficient. He explained it all to me before he started work. My carpets look great. I only have one detail to mention. Right after the cleaning it must stretch the carpets a bit so I was in panic mode when I started seeing some bubbles pop up in the carpet. After it dried it laid flat again. I would've liked to have known that was a possibility so I would've have freaked out :)
Hello I will definitely use zerorez and use tech Andrew very pleasant and professional.
I am not happy with the way you figure out the cost of the service, there is no flexibility and i believe that there should be, nor was anyone willing to work with me on this. It is for this reason that i will NEVER use Zerorez again. I believe that things are not black and white; however that is the way i was billed.
The quick and efficient service.
I was not happy with the change in price from a couch to a sectional cost. The price jump was very steep. The technician informed us about the difference, and I understand I misspoke about my furniture. However, it was a substantial difference in price couch vs sectional and that is what drove me away from purchasing a furniture cleaning.
