I have been using Zerorez for many years. They have been my go to for cleaners but the last time we had the carpets cleaned they did a horrible job... Very disappointed.

The sofa cleaning fee is high for what I received. Tech said some of the stains around the edges would not come out. I went to Fry's, pick up some Resolve Multi Fabric cleaner and used a bath cloth to clean. And, it did come out.

The grout in the kitchen did not come out as clean as I thought it would. The carpet looked great but was a bit crunching when walked on.
