I was under impressed with the way the tile and grout turned out. There were paint splatters on some tiles that we were told just wouldn't come up, but when I scraped them with my fingernail, they popped right off. Some of the grout close to the walls and toilets don't look like they were even touched.

Albert did a very good job. My first experience with Zerorez was not as good as this one. I do not know i it was my complaint about the first cleaning that got your attention or not.

My carpet looks great with no chemicals. Very clean, with no perfume smell!

One know who refers you when it's a local radio disc jockey and two might not want to use excuse he gets it for free and probably gets all the bells and whistles for no charge.
Third don't have s conversation in front of customer about being sick and not wanting to be there
Fourth carry enough supplies to do job
Fifth don't be afraid to say it might cost more let customer make that decision

Other then that great at doing once moving but with impression John Jay and Rich advertise felt shortchanged by remarks at beginning
Will be calling on Tile and Furniture soon and will see how that goes

Without a doubt, you guys do the best job of cleaning carpet than anyone I've ever seen.

I have used ZEROREZ for 2 years and love the work, the staff, always top notch.
This particular visit as a first for my mom's house and I tried to get the first time user discount they would not honor that just because it was registered in my name instead of my mom's. That was very upsetting to me, when I called to make the appt. the girl was rude and said since I was a return customer it was full price even though it was clearly not my personal Gilbert address, you would swear the money came out of her pocket.
The man did a great job but failed to used the plastic corner protectors, when I questioned him he said this truck did not have them, it was not his truck...

I will only use Zerorez to clean my carpets. I believe it's the cleanest product to use in my home. I have a lot of allergies to chemicals, and am extremely sensitive to scents in cleaning products. I have never had a problem with their zero water. I even use it to clean other things in my home! Their employees and very nice and do a wonderful job cleaning and treating my carpets. They are very punctual also! Peter did an excellent job on my home!

Your tech was very pleasant to deal with. I understood that some of the stains in my carpet wouldn't come out, but they would be clean. He was quick and careful around my belongings.
