Very prompt & quick! My carpets are very old & were very worn after renting out my house for 4 years. Evidently the renters never cleaned them so James had a battle before him. They looked pretty good after he finished. I have used Zerorez several times & have been happy every time. I just need to buy some new carpet!

I excepted the carpets to be less wet after the cleaning. I am glad we had 24 hours for it to dry before moving. I couldn't imagine if we were living there.

I have to have a second trip to my home because the smell was not removed the first time. I explained to the tech, James, when he was here about it. I also let him know that I knew there was an added expense. But the order was not removed. I am not pleased about having to wait another day and taking time out of my weekend to wait for a second trip.

There was some visible dirt left behind in the kitchen. I was expecting a much more thorough clean.

I am amazed at how great the tile and grout look. this tile and grout are 20 yrs old, and they look almost like new. You had done my daughters home when she first bought it, and I was impressed then. I have paid more to other companies and had less results, I am very happy. The young man who did the floor was very kind and polite, he's a keeper! I have already to 2 of my friends about it, and they have taken down your information. I am sure you will be getting a call.

BEST customer service! From the time you call...if you happen to get voicemail.......it is the absolute BEST voice mail message I have EVER heard....particularly from a business. I am a repeat customer. Products make even the worst looking carpet look good and fresh.......and.....ZERO REZ! They show up when they say they will.....tech was extremely polite and did an excellent job! I am a very satisfied customer. Oh yes....and prices reasonable as well!
