Robert and Billy Holt were my service tech's and were very informative and did a great job. As for your product - it appears to have worked well, my carpet was awful. Now if it just lasts awhile.
No smell with the product and the most pleasant young lady to get the job done .
You guys are amazing and Travis Nielson was great he showed me how the water cleaned everything like my frig so I purchased it and it is wonderful!!
Guy that came was giving me a deal on extra protection otherwise I was not going to go with it and then after I had paid he informed me of the rooms he had not protected due to his opinion of their condition but yet I still paid what I would have before he gave me the deal which I was not going to do in the first place
The fact that is sounds like it is all natural and you don't use soap so carpet should
stay cleaner longer and Albert was very friendly he got the job done in a short time frame and the carpet was pretty dry in about 4 hours
No chemicals and the technician gave you the cost before providing services.
What a phenomenal experience I had this past Tuesday. Thanks to the hard working Dillon, the carpets look like new. Even more importantly, Dillon is an exceptionally wonderful human being whose customer skills are perfection.

The tech was very friendly and my service was great!
Nicole tried to upsell me any chance she got. Maybe she was trained to do that but it was extremely annoying when she kept pushing after I told her I wasn't interested. I just wanted my carpets cleaned not to be pressured into other services.
The technician was prompt and courteous. He explained everything that was going to happen. The carpet looked as good as it could considering it's age and quality. I like that no dangerous cleaners are used.
