I liked that your salesman tried selling me a kitchen sink and also a new car and when I wanted the new car he was selling he said something about not stocking up the van and he didn't have it. Very friendly.....

The technician was amazing. He cleaned my whole house in the time it usually takes someone a single room. I love the results, the house is cleaner than it was when I moved in. They were on time and polite. I would not hesitate to use them again and again.

Technician did a great job. However, your Customer Service staff need more training. This is the second time they have said they called to let me know my Technition was on his way. I never get the call, and when I ask why he said my office said they called you. I showed him my phone and that I did not get a call to prove it to him. It makes it hard on me because I need to put my dogs away before the technician shows up. Also, my appointment was from 10 to noon and the technician showed up at 9:15. This has become a pattern and is not good customer service to me.
