The carpets looks amazing! I could not believe the results that I got! I'm so thankful I called when I did!
I was extremely happy the first time I used your company. Simply felt that a more better job could have been done this time dont felt as if any extra time or effort was put into high traffic areas now that it has dried.
I have used your services twice now and both times stains were removed that were there from before we were in the residence. It was fast too. Both times it was under 2 hrs before services were done. I have already shard my experience on Facebook to get the message out that, if you need carpets cleaned get them Zerorezified! Thanks Zerorez :)
Well I expected all the tiles to be clean for the price they did a good job but they could not completely get them all clean just seems to me their should have been a discount since in my view the job wad not complete
I guess your pricing has gone up and assume everyone's has as well. Your service is fine and have always liked the people you send to do the work. I have recommended your service and will continue to do so.
Not sure you could improve. Just the wear areas and the spot areas

We are ALWAYS happy & satisfied with the service we receive with Zerorez! The cleaning is always VERY thorough and we love that it doesn't SMELL like we just had our carpets cleaned! Our technician yesterday, Nicole, was SO nice! She was very detailed about the steps she would be taking & wanted to know what concerns we may have. I was really impressed that she had taken the time & effort to look into our previous visit with Zerorez & was aware of what had been done before as well as how long ago it was. Our carpets look GREAT!!! You wouldn't know we have 4 dogs!!!
I've always felt that we get a very good cleaning (even though this time there were two TINYspots not cleaned too well this time.). Anthony and his trainee did an awesome job and were very nice and accommodating. I would hope to have them come again the next time we need cleaning done.

The tech concentrated so much on the tough spots in the grout that he failed to get the other ares very clean. Also left puddles of water on the tile so there are large spots of dried up water which look terrible.
The quality of the work was great, but I found you to be more expensive than the previous companies I have used. My usual company cleans my couch for $75, but the gentleman who came from Zerorez quoted $199 for the same couch.

Amanda from Zerorez arrived promptly as stated, she got started right away, cleaned all carpets, tile, grout, sealed, and went above and beyond on the cleaning. I love the products used in the cleaning... Everything is so fresh smelling without burning eyes or activating my allergies. Great job!
James, the assigned technician showed his expertise and professionalism as he gave me advise and options in cleaning my carpets without having to press me on a decision that would be expensive for me in the end.
Maybe help vacuum if customer isn't able to before they show up!

i asked the tech to let me know when he wanted me to move a bed so he could
clean under it. he didn't and that section of rug was not cleaned
