I've always liked Zerorez for the products used and the outcome. Dries fast and soft. A little disappointed this time as it looks like some of the living room was missed with the initial spray. There are blocks of dark and light carpet.
Samuel the technician was very professional and explained the process as I am a new customer. I was very happy with the results!!! Way better than the company I was using.
Your technicians are always super friendly and full of information. The person who came out was on time, professional and was able to answer all of my questions. The products he used were able to get rid of my concerns.

The professionalism of the technician was the best I've used. He was friendly and had a great attitude towards my needs. They actually removed an ink stain that was left over from a pen exploding on our carpet. Thanks Jeff for your hard work!!!

Technician did a great job explaining what he was doing as well as taking care of the inside of our house throughout the process.
Good, reliable company. However, my husband (who used to clean carpets) is not thrilled with your new policy regarding stairs (don't count as a room) and the square footage of your "standard" size rooms. (12 x 12). He thinks perhaps Zerorez is getting a bit too big for their britches.
While it is true that a different attachment is necessary to clean stairs, switching it out takes all of 30 seconds. A normal set of stairs does not take significantly longer nor is it harder to clean than 1 room.
I had a good experience with my service rep but my husband was disappointed in the new procedures. 😟

Improve timeliness. My appt was at 8am and I chose that time so all cleaning would be done few hours before my daughters nap time since I was having her room and the master room cleaned and she would have to nap in either of those rooms at 12p noon. By 930a I still had not been contacted by a tech that he was on his way. So I called to find out what was going on and I was told I had a 9am-11am window. I was frustrated and confused as why I was allowed to set an 8am appt time if the window I was given was 9a-11a? But I figured even if the tech got there at 11am he would be done by 12p(ish) and putting my daughter down for nap was still do-able. The tech didn't show up until 12p... That's ridiculous. Someone at zerorez even called me to let me know that the tech would be at my house by 1130p and that still didn't happen. My daughters nap was pushed back to 130 and she wasn't happy. (Anyone with kids knows that's schedules are everything) and her dad was home with her and it through off his time to get her to sleep in order for him to get ready for work. It was a nightmare for him and I was really disappointed in the excessive tardiness and in correct communication on the appt time when set. Had I known there was windows of time and that being an hour late after that was a possibility I would have chosen a different day. I needed the job done as I was having family in town that weekend. The work that was done was good! And that part I do reccommend! I was just really bummed out on the time management and it caused the customer a HUGE headache.
The service tech Robert H that did my cleaning was exceptional and very respectful. He was very professional and explained in detail what he was going to do before starting any work. In the end my entire house was cleaned to my high expectations including all carpets and tile. The tile looked amazing after it dried. The carpets looked brand new. Thank you Robert of zerorez.

Spots on our carpets that we thought would not come out actually did. Very happy with the results! We will be calling again soon for grout cleaning.
