The floors looked fantastic afterward and we are so happy that we had our grout sealed on our new home before our pets were able to ruin it. TECH, JAMES, WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL, FRIENDLY, AND ANSWER ALL MY QUESTIONS THAT I HAD. JAMES DID A GREAT JOB ON GETTING A DOZEN OR SO SPOTS IN ONE BEDROOM OUT IN A RENTAL PROPERTY THAT HAD A DOG. THE CARPET LOOKS GREAT. I WILL BE HAVING ZEROREZ COME TO CLEAN OUR RESIDENCES AND ASKING FOR JAMES.

Have longer hoses to accommodate longer buildings. We had set up a cleaning and you were only able to do the front offices.
I just didn't find that your process works any better than traditional carpet cleaning, and it is more expensive than the carpet services I have previously used.
Best results from carpet cleaning. Zeroez can can get any stain out.
The chemical smell and "stiff" carpet aftermath is not there with Zerorez - thanks.
