The technician Robert Hill came to my home he was ahead of schedule which is a wonderful thing, I found him to be very informative and I was happy to have him do more then I had originally planned. He was very thorough and explained the process to me in detail. I will definitely call zero rez to come back and do my other two wool area rugs soon.
The reps were knowledgeable and friendly

Scott was very friendly, knowledgable and professional. We hired Zerorez to clean a rental unit we own. The job consisted of cleaning the carpet in 2 bedrooms, a hallway, a staircase and cleaning tile flooring in 2 bathrooms. My expectations were that the carpet would be cleaned as best as anyone could and that I would then replace it in one year. Scott and Zerorez exceeded my expectations. Not only were the worst spots removed but the carpet looks new and will last a few more years with a few more renters. The tile floors look great as well. I also bought the amazing cleaning product for myself. I am definitely going to hire Scott and Zerorez again. Best carpet cleaning experience ever. Thank you!

Hayden was a great agent for zerorez. Suggest the hose be hosed before it get pulled through a home. However it was raining at his last job
This is just our first day after our first visit with your company. From what we saw yesterday, this may be the answer I (we) are looking for. I love the fact that we aren't suppose to have any soap residue. The young gentleman who serviced us seemed to know his job very well. I would like to live with the cleaning for a week or two before you use our name. I think you understand our position. Thank you.

I like the fact that you don't use soap on the carpets. Your technician was very professional and
knowledgeable and if he didn't know the answer to a question we had, he would call his boss. The tile and especially the grout was pretty soiled in the kitchen and after the cleaning it looks great. I have already recommend ZEROREZ to two of my friends within 2 days of having your service.
Great staff and rasy to work with. The Field Technicians are awesome and are always very personable. I have used Zerorez several times for my rentals and personal house. I will defiantly use again.
I like the results and quality achieved with the product presented to improve /clean
Master bedroom had areas that did not clean. I used my rug Doctor the next day with hot water and the tank water was brown from dirt that did not get cleaned or extracted from your tool.

The heavy traffic spots in two rooms did not clean up the way I thought they would. Christian the technician was ver nice, however.
