We had our tile cleaned. After the technician left, I noticed an area of dried dirt from the cleaning, on the wood floor which connects to the tile. I took a towel and wiped it with water...it was filthy. It took another 5 or so towels, followed by a regular mopping to get rid of the haze and stop having dirt come up. Later, when I went in to the master bath, I noticed the same thing on the tile in the middle of the room. The floor had not been properly cleaned off.

I will say my kids bathroom floors look great, but I did not expect to have to put in work on my floors following a cleaning.

Carpets looked great the first 5 days, but old stains are starting to seep through today.

I can't think of anything. But People very seldom ask me who cleans my carpet, so it is not likely I would recommend you if no one asks.

We have used Zerorez several times in years past and have always been very happy. However, this last time was different. We feel the results weren't as good as they normally are and some stains remain that we feel should've come out a little better. The guy who came was very friendly and professional, so we have no complaints about him personally. We just feel the carpet didn't turn out looking as good as it has in the past. We also both noticed that he seemed to finish rather quickly compared to what we remember the cleaning process taking in the past. Whatever the reason, we were fairly disappointed with how our carpets look after this last visit because our expectations of Zerorez have been set so high in the past.

Your serviceman James was very professional and did an excellent job of dealing with a difficult situation of pet stains. We were very pleased.

I need sub-extraction. I know a lot of your product was used, but it cost me more to deal with two stains than to clean 3 whole rooms. I think that was excessive and expensive. But she did do a good job.

Keven was on time, actually a bit early which was nice and finished in a timely manner. Carpets looked really good afterward.
