The young gentleman who did our rugs was very personable and knowledgeable about your products and did an excellent job on our rugs.
Awesome product my rugs look brand new they are 25 years old tech was great. Used zerorez product ony grout worked with out scrubbing just wipe amf it was back to new. Thanks will use you again
I thought the tech was nice and did a great job. I found it odd that he asked me to provide 5 bottles of water and an iPhone charger while he was cleaning. While I didn't mind helping out I think these should be items techs should bring with them.

I like that you don't use detergents. I like that your help is easily recognizable, clean-cut, helpful, and not riff-raff! The technician I had, Jeff, was fabulous and conscientious. You are only as good as the help you employ. The girl on the phone who made the appointment was also professional and a good communicator.
Fast thorough carpet & tile cleaning.
no crunchy chemicals
Our carpet is 10 years old. I chose ZeroRez do to not using any chemaicals to clean the carpet. To my amazement the carpet came out very clean. 10 years old and never been cleaned professionally and it looks great!

They arrive one-time and they did am exceptional job on my floors.
The process left a white residue on my wood laminate that took two washings to eliminate.
The price is fairly reasonable, they show up on time, they do a good job, they are very friendly & offer info on other services or products. But, they don't pressure you into feeling like you have to add additional services. Also Johnjay and Rich are constantly saying such fabulous things about your services too.

It's just as advertised. No residue. We used Stanley Steamer just to try another company and HATED it. Zerorez is our carpet/floor/upholstery cleaning company forever.

I was very disappointed by the price I got quoted over the phone and the higher price I end up paying. if I know that I will be charged different price I would of cancelled my appointment so I was very surprised and the technician did not even honor the price that I wrote down on a paper when I called to schedule.

My carpets stay cleaner longer and there is no chemical odor with Zerorez. The employee was polite and worked diligently. He prepped and cleaned up when he was finished.

How clean my carpets were following the cleaning...hairball cats and ill-trained dogs made for some nasty carpet.
