Timely and efficient service

We had our tile flooring set up for cleaning. The representative sprayed cleaning solution on the tile. However, the over spray was on the wood floor. I said to him that I was having anxiety over the amount of solution used, I was told no problem and he would wipe it up...The thresholds were soaked. I've been trying to clean the wood flooring in our master bedroom as it was brand new, and still has streaking....Whatever the chemicals used on tile flooring are harmful to laminate flooring if solution is left on too long.

There is always a question about my scatter rugs and I feel I am charged way too much for the small unit that I have. I also think people over 90 should receive a senior discount.

My ceramic tile flooring was turning gray. Zerorez scrubbed that off surprisingly well. There was a little bit of residue that appears to react with the rubber tips on some of my chairs leaving marks behind. However those marks are easily spot cleaned. That is my only issue with their work.

Outstanding from easy online scheduling, arrival information, wonderful efficient techs Matthew and Morgan, super clean carpets that dried quickly, and fair pricing. Can't say enough how wonderful my team (who I will ask for again) of techs were. They were kind, quick but thorough, clear communicators and made sure my little dachshund didn't get out. I really can't say enough good things about the quality, price and care of this company. I've used them before and they resurrected my 10 year old mid-quality carpets back into a state that will buy me a few years before requiring replacement. I opted for the protective treatment, and they got every doggie stain and smell completely removed. Love these people. Thanx for being a 10 PLUS.

My technician Jacob did a stellar job and was incredibly polite and accommodating. My disappointment in zero Rez has nothing to do with his performance, but it has everything to do with the policies that zero Rez chooses to operate under.

First, the extra $10 charge to
clean 3 feet of carpet in my master closet was a surprise; considering that I have a large bed and an armoire that covered the carpet that didn’t get cleaned due to my choice not to move it. This tiny area should not have been an extra charge since they didn’t have to clean under the bedroom furniture and armoire!

Secondly, the $25 service fee was also an unknown and surprise.

I have paid these fees, but this will be the last and final time I will use Zerorez!
