My tile and carpet looks new again. The tech did a great job cleaning my tile.
My carpets did not come clean. after it dried some spots showed up. And the high traffic area are still dark. For the amount I paid I expect better results.
The home cleaned was my son's and he said they did a very good job. The gentleman that cleaned the carpet was very personable and did a very good job getting some stains out. I would recommend Zerorez to anyone looking to get their carpet cleaned!

They work extra hard on soiled areas until you are pleased with the results. My carpets are odler so I have them every 9 months.
The technician, Joshua, who provided our carpet and tile/grout cleaning was excellent. He was very professional explaining the products and process in detail. He phoned ahead, arrived on time, and completed the tasks efficiently. I am so impressed with Zerorez that I plan to have my carpets and tile taken care of by Zerorez regularly.

We really like that the carpet and upholstery that is cleaned by Zerorez takes less time to dry, is not crunchy after it has dried and stays cleaner longer than when we have had other companies come out to clean. Our tile and grout look amazing also.
