Scheduling online is easy. The service employee called 30 minutes prior to arrival. Jacob was very polite and professional. He listened to our concerns and walked us through each room at the end. He did a thorough job and gave us post cleaning instructions as well. We will use zeroez again!

The carpets are always clean and any stains always removed. Friendly and professional staff and easy booking process.
Zerorez employee was on site a total of 40 minutes including setup, operation, removal of tools and collection of payment. This was for cleaning of approximately 600 ft sq of carpet. Of that time only about 20 minutes were spent cleaning the carpet. Technician was so much in a hurry to leave that he forgot and left some of his tools. Carpet is not visually cleaner than before he started. Can still see all the dark areas plus we had to separately re-clean 3 or 4 areas where the technician had apparently spilled dirty cleaning solution (brown or orange colored spots) as he worked.
Kevin called to let us know his ETA and showed up as expected. He surveyed the job and corrected items I had missed on the online form. The carpet looks AMAZING! Super happy!
