The technician was on time, very pleasant, and he did a fantastic job of cleaning our carpeting and sofa cushions. The appointment was very easy to make and Zerorez was able to come on our schedule.

I have had this carpet cleaned several times and the cleaner has always followed a definite. pattern. Your cleaner left my carpet in a mess with lines and ruts and the carpet going every which way. Vacuuming has not helped. I may have to have another company come in and redo so that the carpet is not a hodgepodge mess.
The last two times when the technicians have left my carpets definitely were not clean and my schedule didn’t allow me to call to have him come back to take care of it.
I just had to live with it. One time left streaks on my carpet in the main walk paths.
I decided to give zerorez one more try.
This time, Chris was his name I think, did an excellent job. My carpets haven’t looked this good since, I think it was Duaine, many years ago.
My carpets are clean and he actually corrected some of the problems left from the last time. I sincerely hope you can manage to keep him there in the future.
My thanks to Chris for doing an excellent cleaning on my carpets.

I had to check it out 2 nights in a row to make sure I was seeing the stains gone, but I was very much in appreciation of the great job that was done on the sub-extraction. I'm sorry I cannot remember his name but he did a great job and was very explanatory on what he was going to do. Also very polite.

My only concern is the brown spots that were left after it dried. I have 2 brown spots that were not there before they were cleaned.
There’s no reason why rugs that essentially cover the entire room are significantly more expensive than carpet particularly when I confirm that it doesn’t require any additional work
I also don’t like being nickel and dime. It’s clearly a commission job.
We find that the carpets dry much faster than steam cleaning and are softer.
