After the quote was given, we were charged additional $ for a few stairs. We gave the lady how many stairs we had including landing. The tech wouldn’t budge on the additional charge.

It’s too long a story, I will try to summarize: scheduled Luis for Dec but another tech came, very poor job, highly disssppointrd that Luis did not show??? Had to have Cody come out next day snd redo! First Tech did not know what he was doing left too much water in carpet

Cody did an excellent job - I will only do business with Zero Rez if Cody or Luis show up on job! At this point I could not recommend Zero Rez to anyone because ZeroRez does not properly train new Techs, nor do they have the courtesy to advise customer that an unfamiliar inexperience Tec will show up for the job! To the contrary, Cody & Luis do excellent work aand I am told by friends that Trevon does excellent work

Service was on time and very efficient. I was given an estimate of service before he started cleaning. I was offered several options to clean dog stains so I could choose whether I wanted the stains treated. Carpets looked great upon completion.

We were very pleased with the Zerorez carpet cleaning. It was a busy day for the company and our technician arrived after the expected service window. However, we knew that he was coming because I called to check. He worked very hard and did a thorough job of getting out stains and cleaning the carpet. Good Customer Service

I was surprised that the machine isn’t more powerful a quick pre treat and one pass with water and the wand to extract the water and done. Didn’t appear much different than my machine at home. The technician was professional and respectful of property. I just don’t feel my overall expectations were met.

Once you use the services of Zerorez, you'll never go to another company. The employees are polite and informative. Colton came to our house on time, explained everything he needed to do, and was polite and happy. I loved his work and his personality! I use Zerorez exclusively for cleaning the carpets in my home.
