I was told I was basically wrong on, Situation later to find out I was correct. The issue was fixed but my time was wasted and I was lied to,
. Time I will not get back. That’s all. Customer may not always be right every time . However if a company values an employee lying. Then that’s cool. Whatever makes your business model better.

Glad to see upholstery finally placed on sale. I loved finally get my sectional cleaned. Since moving to wood floors haven't had a Zerorez need for carpet cleaning.

I like that no soaps are used on my carpets. My carpet looked brand new after Louis was done cleaning. I would never use anyone but Zerorez.

costomer service is awful, they tell you that you are scheduled front 8 to 10, and actually show up after 10. You would think, a company that big with a large communication department could update you on more precise timing on when their crew will be on site. But they would rather you waste your time waiting for them. Very poor communications. Also, if you are going to charge a disposal fee, why isn't it included in the "special" price. they want you to think.you are getting a deal, but you are not, it is the price of having another room cleaned compared to other cleaners. they need to change their misleading practices
