Carpet is not wet for days, typically drys in 4 to 6 hours. Technician arrived on time, were courteous and explained the procedure to us.
I have used Zerorez for several years.
When they have done the tile it looks fabulous and the sand color grout is sand colored again even in the high traffic area of the kitchen.

When booking I knew the SF of the house but was told it was by room. After much confusion, I thought we were good. But when the tech got there, the rooms were too big, so I got charged more. Seems like it would have been much easier to have a SF option…

Happy with level of customer service but not overly happy about the Last name removed for stairs which is why we declined that service.
