No chemicals and carpet came out looking amazing. Also your tech Ezekiel was a great guy and knew all about the process.
There is no odor or stiffness when the job is completed.
Everyone tries hard to do a job and they do.
I am not a person to tell a person how to do there job. My complaint if you want to call it that is:
1) When I was given my time frames for the representative to show up to clean my carpet I was given two choices. I told the CSR that I had to work until three and they responded with, the 2-5 should work for me. The representative then called at 1:30pm and stated they were on their way. The representative showed up a little earlier than two so my wife showed them what needed cleaning, at which point to stated start in the front as I work until three. at two thirty he was done with the living room and hallway so I suggested for he to do the bedroom and I would be closer to being off as I work until three. He stated he had a system he liked to stick to. Long story short, I left work fifteen minutes early so the gentleman could clean the carpet in the bedroom and office.
2) We have had our carpet cleaned a number of times since we bought this house in 2015, we have never had it cleaned in under an hour before. I am still waiting to see what comes back and how quickly.

I received a $20 coupon email on the same day as my service but could not get it applied towards my bill. Even though I had already paid, you could have refunded me the total and recharged with coupon when I called in about the coupon on the same day. Customer service was poor that day.

How clean our carpet was when the technician left
The men are professional and do a great job. My dog had diarrhea and they were able to clean the spot so well it looked like it never happened. Because they don't use soap, my carpet stays cleaner longer.

I had grout cleaned. The tech was not supplied with the necessary equipment to clean the grout along my baseboards. I was not happy. The grout that was cleaned looked great. Along the baseboards did not. Therefore I cannot recommend your grout cleaning service.
The tech was great so I don't fault him. He was not driving his usual truck which he said had a nozzle that he could clean along the baseboards with. The truck he had that day was not equipped with a nozzle.
I don't know that there is a resolution. I had the grout cleaned just prior to entertaining for Christmas. I won't have it cleaned again until next year.
I always pick Zerorez for my carpet abd floor cleaning! They do a consistently great job and their system of cleaning gets carpets very clean and staying clean!
We just had our ducts cleaned they did such a great job that it’s it’s cut my dusting time in half great crew very polite and very professional great company I think we having them out again for carpet cleaning once a year thank you:)
The reason why I went to Zerorez was because I didn't want crunchy carpets, but after the carpet dried, it was crunchy in a good portion of the areas cleaned. I'm wondering if it was the antimicrobial treatment that I was upsold for at the appointment, or if the technician just didn't do enough passes to rinse out the residue.

I hadn’t had my carpet cleaned in over a year, also my carpet is over ten years old. I wasn’t expecting miracles but I hoped for a slight improvement. I was very pleasantly surprised when my carpet looked so much better after the cleaning. My technician did a GREAT job! He was professional, thorough, and fast working when I told him I had an appointment and had to leave by a certain time. I will not wait so long to get my carpet cleaned again, especially when I see what a positive difference it makes.
