The gentleman that was here was efficient and on time. He did a very good job considering we have white carpeting. I have used them before and would use ZeroRez next time.

The man that did the work was fantastic. Your ability as a company to lie and add fees is amazing! I schedule a carpet cleaning for a residence and you add on a residential fee of $25.00. WTF! My bill was supposed to be 134.95
But you snuck in a $25.00 fee. I will not only NEVER USE YOU AGAIN BUT I WILL MAKE SURE NOBODY IN MY RETIRMENT COMMUNITY DOES EITHER!
I like your employees they work with you and do everything to get out those stubborn stains.
They are ever knowledgeable about carpet. I have use zerorez for 25 years and they keep my carpet looking great for a very long time
Stain removal before cleaning if carpets

I spent over $200 to have my 2 couches cleaned. There were stains that were not removed. Doesn’t look like they were even touched.

Although the tech was delayed in getting to the house, he did a very efficient job of cleaning the carpets. They look great. We will be using your service in the future.
