The cleaning lasts longer than other cleaning companies I’ve used. Matt, my services tech is excellent about providing recommendations and the reasons for his recommendations.

It really does the trick
The carpets came out looking better than they had for years and let me tell you about the kitchen tile and grout. Turns out the tile is a white on white design and the black grout is a light tan! WOW! The floors look amazing and the service rep was wonderful. He explained all of the products he was going to use and even gave me a talk on the tile and grout. I would recommend them wholeheartedly!

My carpets are 17 years old and David was able to get them looking refreshed again. Everything smells wonderful and carpets were dry in about 4 hours. There were some tough stains in one bedroom and I was shocked to see how nice that room looked.

Everything. From the first phone call setting up the appointment, friendliness of staff, easy website with lots of information, and finally to the technician - all very professional and he did a great job on our carpet.
I have never used Zerorez but took this opportunity to try them. I will not be choosing them again. The associate that cleaned the carpets was very courteous and professional and for the most part clean. He suggested we wait 6-8 hours before we walk on them to ensure they were dry. We did leave most of the areas until the next day but our bedroom we went in that night. I noticed that the carpet felt "hard and crunchy" or stiff but thought it just needed to get good and dry and then I could vacuum and it would go back to the nice soft fiber it was before the cleaning. I did not find this the case in any of the rooms. I vacuumed the entire house and still notice that the carpet is not soft as it was before the cleaning. I still find after a week it has not softened up like the areas not cleaned. I will go back to the competitor as they never left the carpet feeling hard and crunchy.
