I had you clean my carpets last year, great job.
So this year I want my tile floors and grout cleaned, I’ll admit they’re better. But not great so I’ve been spending the last 2 hours on my hands a knees with a grout product and stiff brush. There is a 80% improvement over your process.
I certainly could not recommend you company to provide this service.

My first experience with zero rez is what brought me back this time. However, the quality of the work this time was below standard. The gentleman overall did okay for the size and neutral color of the couch but there were at least 3-5 cushions that still had multiple marks on them. He told me they were not marks that could come out. As soon as he left, I took my personal carpet/couch cleaner and spot sprayed and they instantly came up and the cushions are now spot free. Though my couch was in pretty bad shape after 5 kids and 2 dogs, I didn’t have the highest of expectations but the basic work of spot cleaning went to the wayside and it appeared as though the gentleman was more lax in his job and did the absolute bare minimum.

We paid extra for pet urine and one of the rooms smelled worse after you left. Though the carpets looked cleaner, they smelled of urine and wet carpet.

Absolutely 100% ZERO difference on the before and after photos. Wasn't sure what was worse, the technician being 1.5 hours late from the ridiculous "window" arrival or the quality of work.

I love that Zerorez doesn't use harsh chemicals. Sean was very professional, knowledgeable, and considerate of my cat (who was scared by the process). My tile and carpet look and feel great! I would highly recommend Zerorez!
