What our clients think of us!

We've used Zerorez several times over the years and have always had a good result. Out tech this most recent time, I don't recall his name, was very nice and cordial, did a wonderful job.

Ease of hiring, efficient method of cleaning and sealing. Two men work in unison to get the job done with the best results.

No chemicals

The tech, Shelly Jolly, called ahead prior to arrival, showed up on time, gave us various options for carpet cleaning and did a great job while she was here.

Ezekiel was friendly and knowledgeable. He did a great job too.

Friendly, fast thorough service.

He did a very good job

Area rug was not cleaned.
There were still spots on the tile floor.
Horrible customer service after communicating with Zerorz about our concerns.

I was very pleased with the service & how clean my area rugs look.

Anthony did an exceptional job! He was very friendly & made sure I was happy with the job he was doing. He would stop & ask me how the rug was looking while he was cleaning it. Very professional young man!!

I would highly recommend ZeroRez & Anthony!!

I was quoted a price per room. I got quoted what I believed was a fair price over the phone. That turned out to be 1/2 of the amount I was charged. Yes, the amount charged on the day of my service was literally twice the amount quoted. The technician was great and even tried to straighten it out with his manager who was not able to do anything to make it right.

Highly improbable that I use this company again.

Z arrived on time and did our stairs and tile floors. He did a great job and I would highly recommend him.

My service technician was awesome!! He did a fantastic job!

Customer service

Safe done efficiently

We are very pleased with our recent carpet cleaning feeling that it was the best cleaning we have ever received. We would like to be reminded of the young man’s name who did the cleaning’s so we could request him to clean for us in the future. He did an excellent job and we are thankful for his dedication and expertise in doing a truly wonderful cleaning. Thank you 😊

I certainly appreciate the manner in which Zerorez cleans carpets and tiles with an all natural approach--no heavy chemicals to be concerned about!
My wife and I have been Zerorez customers for 20 years, and WE WOULD NOT HAVE IT ANY OTHER WAY! Our tiles were cleaned on October 6, 2025 by two exceptional Zerorez technicians, Creed and Corey. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK, GENTLEMEN!!!
