I called to ask if Zerorez cleaned viscose/chenille and the person I spoke to said, "absolutely!" and helped me get something scheduled for next day. The technician who came immediately saw it and said, "we can't clean that" - so you understand my frustration being told two different things.
The first time you’re out here it was a wow experience. This time not so much. The carpets I felt were oversaturated when he left. Versus the first time. There were several stains that had to go back and get cleaned up. Saw he had to work on some harder than the others because of a child. But some came right up. It was like the vacuum just completely missed it. What bothered me was he was ready to leave and I just happened to be going behind him and looking to see if it was a good job. I noticed when he did the large carpets he did one run up only not two like the other guy had done before or back-and-forth in different directions. He was in and out he had done four bedrooms and two large carpets in an hour and a half before I asked him to please go back and look at the spots that I found everywhere in all the bedrooms. There are also puddles of water left behind between the carpet and the flat floors. You got a ten when you were here before because of the amazing job the other gentleman had done. I just sure hope the other guy still with you and perhaps I could ask for him next time.

This is the third service I have tried in the area and the only one that was successful in cleaning the carpet professionally and promptly. Zerorez was professional, efficient, reasonably priced, and best of all, successful in getting very soiled carpet clean and fresh again. I will definitely be using this service again.

Scheduling was a little tricky. Arrival window was 2-5 per Zerorez but we could only do arrival between 3-5. Took multiple calls/texts to ensure technician was aware of this.
Tech arrived at 3:20 so worth the hassle.
