Our carpets look much cleaner and smell better. The technician Michelle was very thorough and explained the process and suggested other cleaning options for our house. We are considering the duct cleaning option she presented to help with the dust in our home.

I wasn’t for sure how it worked, but after the the service technician cleaned the carpet and the tile floor the difference was very noticeable. He was very professional, and the outcome was beyond with our expectation.

The technician did wonderful work, but it’s so expensive! I was considering adding some additional services, but the cost per room was too much. In addition, I was charged for space that really couldn’t be cleaned because of large furniture. Actual space needs to be considered in the cost, not just the size of the room.

We have tried several carpet cleaning companies-the carpet comes out the cleanest with Zeroez!

Quality of service is excellent. I have used Zerorez for more than 15 years and wouldn’t use any other company! Carpets are beautiful and they stay clean!

Robert took his job seriously and was amazing ! I had my carpets cleaned 4 yrs ago and the guy just used the last device on my carpets and they were crunchy he was horrible and here 4o min and gone
Robert treated the carpet with the orange spray used a different device and then the extraction and spray amazing ! give that guy a raise ! he was here like 2 hours amazing ! First name removed

Does good job

The tech came out and barely cleaned our whole sectional. He had a bunch of excuses as to why a ton of edges and dirt spots were not cleaned to which we then got out our little hoover spot cleaner vacuum after he left and got the spots ourselves and even went over other areas he said he cleaned and pulled dirty water from there as well. Oh and because we did this we apparently voided the "guarantee"... what a joke. I expected more, especially for that price..
