Very clean carpets! Techs are usually very good and often come early.
Technician was on time and I liked that there wasn’t a chemical smell post cleaning. I have a couple spots I wasn’t super happy about in one of the rooms and they sent someone back out quickly to fix it which was much appreciated!

My scheduled carpet cleaning event met/exceeded my expectations...Mario Meredith & his co-worker did an A+ job for this task/job... their work routine/activity was professional, coordinated,
zero wasted motion...Mario, as the *lead technician was proficient, skilled & polite answering my
inquires on the cleaning process, outcomes, preventative measures etc. The additional challenge of extending their service equipment upstairs to my unit was not a hindrance or frustration to the over-all satisfactory outcome of this project...I look forward to future appointments w/this company....kudos! JW

This is the first time I have used Zerorez. The technician was knowledgeable , explaining the process in detail. Inquiring if we had any questions. The technician was on time, friendly and the cleaning was accomplished in a timely manner. My rug looks beautiful-like new.
Carpet and upholstery always looks great. I use their water daily for cleanup. The people are always very nice too.
The service technician was wonderful! Took his time in caring for each specific fabric he was cleaning. His work was great and I was very satisfied in the end.
