Excellent technician, good service
The technician, Matthew, was prompt, polite, professional, and thorough. I appreciated his great service! I’ve used zerorez several times before and I won’t use any other cleaning service. I love that no chemicals are used. My home looks, feels, and smells sparkling clean!
Joshua , our technician, was excellent. He shared an overview of the process, was careful in the placement of corner protectors, worked quickly yet thoroughly, provided us with slippers, a final walk-through and explanation of drying time. Thank you!

I was left with a film in tile. I had to clean it myself. Grout looks better than before.
Great tech who came... but the pricing on the couch was ridiculously high. That part is really disappointing. Will likely clean my own carpets moving forward.
Absolutely perfect experience! I wish all businesses these days would interact and provide the work, service and effort that Zerorez has. I needed to have the tile floor on the first floor of my house professionally cleaned and the Zerorez Technician, Gabe, was awesome! It's refreshing to see such dedication and hard work in todays era- he served his company well! My floors came out looking wonderful and I *WILL* be using Zerorez again for my future cleaning needs. The grout was not cleaned after the tile was cleaned. I had to clean the grout with a small wire brush and then used my Hoover brush & tile cleaner to clean the floor again, which had dirty rinse water.
They stay in touch on when they will be there , that’s rare these days. Came and did a great job. Very friendly
