Another Great job of cleaning our carpets. Jessie was very professional when explaining whivh areas needed special care. Our carpet in the living and family room area is reaching it's age limit. However, when cleaned by you, it looks and feels so much better.

When I called Zerorez to make an appointment I was quoted the amount of $347 to have our floors cleaned ($347 and they would measure our hallway when they got here). I was never told this price might change or that it could be different depending on what the cleaner physically saw when they came to the house. Well the technician arrived and said it was going to cost more - he also said they aren’t supposed to quote us because they can’t know how much it will cost without seeing the space. So we ended up paying over $150 more than we were quoted. My husband called Zerorez to discuss this and to see if they would honor the price they quoted us. The person he spoke to said they would listen to the recording of our original phone call and get back to us. Well it has been almost 2 weeks later and we haven’t heard from anyone. I’m really disappointed by this. We have always loved Zerorez and have used them many times, and for no one to even get back to us is just really poor customer service. This question is specifically asking what can we do to make things right, we would appreciate being refunded the additional amount we paid and having Zerorez honor the quote they gave us.
Was not told about charge for walk in closet in master bedroom. Was told they were not going to charge me full price since it was not mentioned when I placed my order. Then he charged me and the receipt shows I was charged for the extra.
We have had Zerorez out several times to clean our carpets and once to clean our stone. I highly recommend. All the technicians that have come out have been very nice!
Ease of scheduling, punctual and professional service tech, speedy service and great results
The technician was a very nice man but our sofa ended up looking worse after it was “cleaned”. I took a photo that shows smudges on one arm and the neck dirt still on the back cushion. The fabric of this sofa is supposed be easy to clean. I thought we could live with it, but we are just mad about it!

The technician was professional, and quite nice. He answered questions. He worked hard on two rooms that had many dirt areas that were high-traffic. We have pale carpets. However, when he left he said that it would be about 4-6 hours and we could move furniture back. It was still quite damp. My husband took out our own large carpet cleaner - he removed quite a bit of liquid, and dirty liquid at that.
We will probably use Coit or another company in the future.
