We are seniors, and it's hard for us to move furniture. Our service tech., Quincy, could not have been more professional. He really cared that he did a good job. And with a smile!

Excellent service. Arrived in the communicated window, did a great job of both carpet and tile cleaning and clearly set expectations on the dry time. When I asked for additional services outside of my requested ones, the technician clearly explained the cost differences. Last, was willing to allow me to move some appliances to clean behind and in the appliance location and that was super helpful.

Our technician did a great job being thorough and not rushing through the job. He provided valuable insight as to how to care for our floors in between Zerorez visits.

We are very pleased with the work our service man preformed, he called and let us know when he would be there and then was very prompt. He was respectful of our home and was very thorough. And a very professional and knowledgeable young man.

The technician that cleaned our carpet was conscientious and thorough. The only thing I didn’t like was the billing. We had 9 rooms cleaned, but the 3-room special only applied once, which seems to be an incentive to have 3 rooms cleaned at a time and no more or you oay a much higher price per room.

I only had my carpets cleaned and I think it turned out very well .

The service technician was great however when he got to our home, he said the rate for the upholstery was completely different than what the website quoted. I was disappointed because I really wanted my couches cleaned and felt this was a bait and switch tactic. I do not blame the technician as he was just the messager.

Product is great no sticky crunchy residue on carpet! Your technicians are awesome, I would use Zerorez more often but too expensive unless I get a special offer like the one I used $119 for 3rooms free hallway 👍 I’ve been using you for years for my home and now my daughter apartment keep the special permanent 😊Thank you for your great quality and service!!

Skylar was on time, professional, friendly and I'm soooo happy with my Zerorez services! I had carpet cleaning & duct cleaning done. Both services were such a good experience. I've been through so many carpet cleaners, but now I feel like I found THE one!

Your employee was great. Your undisclosed extra fee of $25 was not. Your marketing department should understand that stunt undoes all your goodwill.

Guys did an awesome job with cleaning my light cream colored carpet. Very thorough! Asked if they could go back over a couple of spots and they were so kind and had absolutely no problem with my requests. Carpet is 15 years old and looks back to new without the crunchy feeling and residue most carpet cleaning leaves. Thank you Joshua and Brandon for doing such a great job!
