How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

Do you technician was supposed to look at the carpet and let me know if there were any special needs because of the pets. He didn’t let me know of anything so I figured there was nothing that needed to be done. When I went into the master bedroom after he left you could tell there were spots that weren’t cleaned because there were two spots from the pets that where they are bright as day. I don’t mind paying additional If that’s what it takes I just really wanted my carpets fully clean. I wish someone would’ve told me rather than paying $320 and still feeling like my carpets are not clean.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

The technician did not go over pricing with me when he got to my house. The cost was more then double of what I anticipated. The sales person on the phone did not break down costs by service.

We have used Zerorez for several years. We have always been very satisfied with the results. We wouldn't return if we were not satisfied!

I had a big, nasty stain on my living room
carpet. One of our grandsons had thrown up.
I had cleaned it up with the product recommended by the store where we had bought our carpet. It looked pretty good but over time it looked horrible !!
Trey was polite, friendly & thorough !! He explained everything to us !! He got the stain completely out & cleaned the rest to our carpet !! We were very pleased !!

What could we do to improve?

Tech was very nice and did nice job, but after he left I saw one of my doorways had a chunk of trim missing, that I have to fix now. Also, I had to request he use the corner guards after he started working already. So I have some cleaning to do on some of them now. It's all about the attention to detail.
