Getting out dog urine cost extra
I had zerorez go out to my moms to clean her carpet. I knew that it would be a job. After they were done it looked great. My mom called me crying thanking me. She was so happy. I cant begin to thank all of you so much. You have my greatest gratitude.
Technician was awesome. Scheduling easy.
Cleaning result is great. I use the zerorez water in my steam broom on the tile in my house. It comes out so clean. Worked well before you cleaned my tile but now it works even better.
The employee (John) was great. He did a great job getting my carpets much cleaner that I thought possible!
The politeness of the gentleman who came and did the cleaning was exemplary. He did tell me ahead of time that unfortunately because of the area rug having been thrown up on and the carpet in the bedroom and closet being 11 years old some of the stains might have been impossible to remove completely. This happened to be the case. Still I would recommend them anyway.

The only issue I have is the pricing. It cost me about $160 more than other companies. Though it’s nice not using chemicals to clean with the cost is hard to justify.

Quick and efficient
My first time using Zerorez. The two men were very thorough and professional. They explained everything very well. I was very very happy with how my area rugs and carpet looked after they were dry.
