I found the service to be very friendly. And my carpets were cleaned
No smell
After taking a chance with using your service I am a believer in Zerorez. My carpets looked brand new and were so soft. Chris, my technician, was very professional, knowledgeable about the product and techniques and a all around nice guy who took the time to play with my doxies. Will definitely be using your service in the future and have already recommended you to my friends.

Few places were not cleaned very well. Looks like should have been pre cleaned or gone over twice. Didn't really notice until the carpet dried. Have had carpets cleaned by Zerorez before with out this issue.

The Tech was friendly and efficient, and did a beautiful job. My 20+ year old carpet looks like new..almost ! I would recommend Zerorez to everyone.
No soap used
This is the second year I have used Zero rez and love how the carpets come out. I don't have to worry about soap or chemical residue on the carpets and also had the protector put on. I would always have this company and Jesse was a great technician. I would want him every time.

I like that minimal chemicals are used and that my carpets were cleaned.
I like the green approach to getting my carpet cleaned. Zerorez uses very hot water and few chemicals, a system designed for leaving little residue to weigh down my carpet fiber. Also, for people who have respiratory health issues, there are no residual airborne microbes to cause problems. The Zerorez treatment on my carpets was totally superior to other services I have tried and was cost effective as well. My carpets feel more plush than ever. I am positively delighted with their service and will call upon them from this point forward.

It was good I guess I was expecting different results given the higher prices. I was glad the rep didn't try to talk me into additional treatments/expenses. The rep was knowledgeable and offered some good tips.
All my floors, (carpet, tile, garage rubber flooring) are beautiful and we had a serviceman who was excellent and professional. Thank you and look forward to doing business with you again!
