My carpets didn’t look any cleaner. I was expecting at least some difference or at least better then other carpet cleaners. I would rather save $100 plus and get a groupon for another carpet cleaner.
Prompt, fast, and no residue
I paid a LOT of extra money for the urine treatment and I feel that my house/carpet now smell worse than before the service was performed.

Loved that the technician was so flexible and easy to communicate with. He made sure to update me on his availability day of and was easy to reach. He was also able to add items as needed. Everything looks and feels great.
The tech's were on time and professional. They were is and out quick and the carpet came out great.
Payment process requirements. Latest carpet cleaning didn't seem as robust and effective as others... Especially on stairs. Expensive compared to others.

We had a great experience with Zerorez. We were very happy with the service person who came to our home, he was very knowledgeable, fast and friendly. The carpet looks wonderful! The heavy traffic areas that I was worried about cleaned nicely.
Starting with my phone conversation with the person who answered the phone when I called to inquire about the service, I was very impressed. They answered all my questions and thoroughly explained their cleaning process. I scheduled the appointment for a few days later. The technician called when he was on the way . He was very polite and professional and checked with me as he was cleaning to make sure I was happy with everything. I love the fact they only use water and my carpets look amazing! I definitely would recommend Zerorez!!!

The carpet felt "crunchy" after it had dried. Since you guys advertise that you use water and not chemicals, this was a slight disappointment.

When I booked my cleaning and when they came to my home, I explained that I was mostly looking for my grout to be cleaned because it was super dirty from the previous owners. The service men were excellent and very professional, however, after they left and the grout had dried, there were still parts of the grout that were dirty. Although the majority of my tile was clean, I was a little disappointed that the trouble spots were still there. I would book Zerorez again, but not for a deep clean.
I strictly scheduled to have stains removed. I was told they could remove stains. The stains are mostly still present. Some came our but I paid $246 and I still have stains. They called the day of for the tech to come early as well. I had an appt scheduled.
