Technician arrived on time and explained the entire process and what type of results to expect. He was very helpful and answered all questions/concerns. The results were better than expected and he left the house clean and orderly. I have already recommended Zerorez to a friend.
The customer service representatives are very pleasant to work with and they are knowledgeable about the products and services and make sure they are doing the services (tile, grout, carpet, rooms) that you requested. I would recommend them anytime.

to say I would make the design in the rug so the rug looked nice when you were done instead of straight Strokes the young man was very nice and a good representative for your company I just think that the sweeping design when you're finished looks like you paid for what you got

I like the carpets get it really clean and they’re not soaking wet when they’re done
I was very satisfied with the results of the carpet cleaning. I had a large red stain from either Kool Aid or PowerAde which the employee was able to remove completely.
The guys who do the service are wonderful.
However dipspatch needs to work on their scheduling to not overload they guys so accomplish the jobs for the day as well as with better communication when the guys are behind to give the customer a courtesy heads up on an updated time.
The gentleman that was sent out was very nice and did a very nice professional job.

Bryant was my serviceman. He was awesome, very professional and pleasant. The job he did was absolutely amazing, very clean and done perfect. Thanks Bryant. Had the tile bathrooms done, and two carpeted rooms and an area rug all cleaned up and looking like new.
If a dirty spot reappears, after the cleaning is done and dried, Zerorez will come back and reclamation the dirty areas.

We are very happy with the work done, amazing that the rugs look this good again as had been several years since we had cleaned. One room in particular had a horrible black area where you walk into the room and it looks 100% better now....actually I was appalled at how much crud came out of it! We would definitely recommend your company to everyone. We also plan to have the tile and grout cleaned this spring.....can not do it all at once on fixed income. Your technician was very personable and seemed happy doing what he does!

Your company came out on Thursday, February 7th for three rooms which are basically 10 x 11 ea in size. My understanding that you were to pre-treat, clean and sanitize each room. It took the technician about 45 min total which I find odd to take so little time for three rooms. He got there at approximately 230pm and left approximately 330pm. When I got home at 5pm I felt the carpets which were barely damp. One, the master bedroom does not look clean, feel clean or smell clean at all. My store bought cleaner does a better job of deodorizing my carpets. I’m not happy at all with this cleaning. I would like my master bedroom cleaned to the level that you advertise.

The carpets looked so clean and bright when they dried. Michael did such a good job operating the equipment but the most commendable aspect of Michael’s work was the way he represented Zerorez as a company.
He is intelligent, a good communicator and made us feel very trusting of his presence in our home.
