Your 2 technicians did a super good job. One of them sprayed on all carpet I asked him any chemical in it and he said no chemical he said good thing about us. I like it. It is good for my 2 dogs. the carpet looking clean and bright. the other technician did a good job steam the carpet,.. But The technicians did not tell me one thing after he steamed the carpet one spot carpet gone it is about 1 inch diameter round disappear in my office room I am sure the steam vacuum is power suck it out the carpet spot so it was ok by me I will proud share the good news with zerorez phoenix to my friends for sure and I will use zerorez on my next time in 12-18 months later. Final their price is perfect fit with my allowance budget and I got a new pail to throw money in every month to use on zerorez because I am very happy with zerorez.

That they are chemically free. The technician worked extra hard to get a stubborn stain on the upholstery. And they are also personable and interested in customer satisfaction.
The man who did our cleaning was prompt, polite, efficient, and did a great job cleaning my carpet.

On time. Very professional carpets look great
Service was excellent.
Crew was extremely friendly and courteous. Did a great job.
When we weren't totally satisfied with the result of carpet and grout cleaning, you made it right and discounted the fee.
Friendly, professional, great job!
I appreciate that you stood by your name and came back to redo the job.. The young man that came to work on the second day was professional and willing to go back over areas with more effort. I haven't seen results as good as these before and here it is a month later and it still looks really good; even the traffic areas are still staying nice on this beige carpet. Difficult stains came out much better than we expected. The product works well.
I will return to Zerorex for our next cleaning.
My carpet turned out amazingly clean. I am not only very impressed but really pleased. The service man that completed the work was extremely professional and did a fantastic job.

You fulfill your promises. The technician was very professional
Dylan was very personable and did an excellent job. Furniture looks almost new.
The tech that visited us was very nice and did a great job. I like the fact that your company uses water instead of chemicals to clean carpets. They have nice advertising on channel 11 and come across as a very honest company, which they are. The person I spoke to on the phone to make the appointment was very polite and the price quoted was honored by the tech.
One more thing. Dave Munsey is a very good spokesman along with the owners.
Great job with cleaning my grout and carpets. The guys were professional and knowledgeable. Will definitely recommend.
We requested and had the same technician that we have had previously for this service. He had another technician with him, appeared to be training him. I have some issues I’d like to discuss about the other technician. Please contact me by phone.
Great servivr, nice people.
You do great work and their staff (technicians and back office personnel) are professional and courteous. I have absolutely nothing negative to report here.
Knowledgeable technicians and excellent product applicants.
Clean carpet without the residue
I was not impressed with the crew this time.
While they were professional in communication, I did not think the quality was as good as usual
I like that there are no chemicals and that the carpet isn't crunchy afterwards. This is my first experience with your company so I am interested to see how long the cleanliness will last.
Thank you.
Carpets look great. Very clean and soft. No residue.
I love my carpet after they have been done. Your personnel are always friendly, courteous and efficient. i recommend you to everyone and would never again use anyone else.
