They were very friendly and efficient! I had SERIOUS stains in my carpet and it took them no time to take them ALL out! My carpets felt almost brand new when they were done. They also didn't make me feel pressured to get any extra treatment either, which was nice! I still got those services of course, and they worked WONDERS to get horrible pet stains removed. I will ALWAYS you zerorez for my carpet needs!
