My husband and I are EXTREMELY pleased with Zerorez's service. TJ came on time and was very competent, efficient and hard-working. He explained the process beforehand then cleaned and protected our 12 carpets. They look SOOOO MUCH BETTER! We are delighted! The price was quite reasonable and we love that there is no nasty and potentially damaging chemicals left in our rugs. Great too that their system removes virtually all the water so that the rugs will be dry before the next day! That is tough to expect from wool for sure! We would definitely highly recommend them to everyone!

Zerorez does excellent work! We have had them out to our home to clean on several occasions. Their technicians are always courteous and explain the service. Our tile, carpet and upholstery have never been cleaner!

We were quoted one price and then when a different gentleman came over to do the work he quoted something much higher, 3x’s the price! We were able to come to a compromise and he was nice & efficient just unhappy with the change in price.
No harmful chemicals
We appreciated that Zerorez arrived at our condo timely. Luke thoroughly explained the cleaning process and proved to be a strong representative for the company. He was very respectful and performed the service in a professional manner. We would highly recommend Luke and the Zerorez company.

Price requested at time of service differed greatly from quote - also, I haven’t noticed anything that differed from less expensive services. Cleaning is good, but nothing special.
At this time it doesn't appear to be any better than the company I used 3 years ago. Floors are clean but the carpet was still crunchy, requiring a complete vacuum. I paid $300 more for basically the same job.

Right on time, courteous, professional and personable gentlemen that do the cleaning! Rugs look like new when finished. No residue! Nice and shiny clean. I have used Zerorez for about 4 years now and love them.
