They did a satisfactory job on two rooms but they in my office left a spot close to my desk that had not been cleaned and it was obvious

The reason I called you was because you were the ones whom the homeowner said he used last time and he was pleased with your work. The ZeroRez man came Saturday morning. stains did not come out, and I was very disappointed, and said so before he left. The next day the stains came back worse than before, as if the wet carpet was hiding the stains, and there were now contrasting light/dark lines where your eqmt had been run. I do not plan to ever use ZeroRez again. It was a complete waste of money. I called one of your competitors on Monday morning and they came out right away that day, used pre-treatment chemicals and the stains came out. Sorry, but your method of using water alone just doesn't cut the grease and grime. If you want repeat customers you are going to have to have a better method to get stains, dirt and grime out of carpets.

Technician was very professional and friendly and did an awesome job.
Very friendly staff, they do the job right, and are not in a rush to get in and get out. Very punctual also, arriving right at the start of the 2 hour window they provided. If you have issues with pet urine, they can get the majority of that up and make everything smell infinitely better!

The technician that came was very helpful and knowledgeable. I was semi satisfied with the results. The technician explained that the grout may not be 100% stain free. It only seemed about 50% better. But since the technician was so great and helpful, I was fine with it.
The technician was ok. He didn’t bother to clean the carpet under a floor lamp. I didn’t unplug it because the base is small and it’s so light, I figured he would move it but he did not. He didn’t clean the carpet in our master bedroom closet. My husband did a walk-through with him when the tech said he was done. My husband asked him to do the closet too and he did, but I feel like we shouldn’t have had to ask. He also said he would give us booties to wear at the end of the cleaning but he did not.
The tech was very good and professional. Came earlier than was expecting which was nice. Overall great company.
