My mother moved from Wash. to Mesa & we needed the carpet cleaned before there furniture arrived. Zerorez was awesome in getting service for my mom's house same day as request.
Eric the technician was so good. I could not meet him there in person but he & I talked about the bad areas over the phone. He found the hidden key, took care of business. Called when he was done, locked it all back up. My daughter-in-law saw it and said it was so good compared to what it had been. The price was reasonable and affordable.
I would use again and at lease Eric. Thank you for helping out when time was a factor
It seemed to do a good job on the floors. There were a few places some spots didn’t come up but not really surprised because it was on the tile grout. The tech was very friendly and gave good advice moving forward. This was my first time to use a tile cleaning company and I was very impressed.
The rugs look great, clean, no stains smells fresh really looks like new.

Our tech was great! He got my carpets the cleanest I had seen in years! He was very friendly and even took the time to say hi to our dog and let him get comfortable with someone new in the house. Will definitely be calling you out again!
The carpets looks like they were cleaned with dirty water. The carpets look worse than when Zerorez started. Very disappointed.

The person that did our carpets was exceptional. He was friendly, he was knowledgeable and he was excellent at what he did. Our carpets have never looked better. He Also did not try to upsell us anything extra which I really appreciated. When I use Zerorez again I will request him.

Had not utilize service prior to this visit. Heard a lot about company over radio. Zerorez lived up to expectations.
Our technician was very professional. Before he left we saw him pushing rocks that were knocked out onto the driveway back into the yard. We thought that was very conscientious of him!

I feel like i was pressured into spending an extra 240$ for pet treatments by being shown pet stains with the black light. After my carpet was cleaned and dried i went around again with the black light and those spots still lit up! So basically wasted 240$ dollars i didn’t want to spend.
I like the professionalism of the staff spoke on the telephone and in person. I really enjoyed seeing no chemical feel and it’s just a clean and fresh. Michael CC technician that came out did it great job and was very professional and knowledgeable
Our carpets look amazing. The one thing I disliked about carpet cleaning is the stiff feeling after drying. It's been two days and the carpet is soft.

Great job !!!!!!!!!!! Tech did an outstanding JOB!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1 BUT we were noot told that you do not move furniture , we are in our 80's so it was a little problem. Had we know sooner we could got some help to move some of the items that needed to be moved.
