Other than the long wait time to schedule an appointment, the service provided was as indicated on the website and on hold dialog and price point was spot on. Technician arrived not only on time but early, which was great. Work was performed efficiently and didn't take too long at all. Lacey did a fantastic job, she was knowledgeable and personable. Quick, easy, great price

My Service Technician, Aaron, did a super job in prepping the carpets and cleaning them. I had only intended to treat one of them, but after discussing the process/treatment, I decided to treat all my carpets with the sealant. I am very pleased how my carpets were cleaned. They look brand new. I had two stains that are no longer there.

We had a strong dog urine smell in the dining room and Zerorez has taken care of that problem so far. I was Very impressed with the young man that cleaned our carpet.

Lack of chemicals

I like how they're pet safe and do not streak or smell like chemicals.

Our carpet is old and had not been cleaned for several years so we had very low expectations. However, we are very happy with the results of the cleaning done by Zerorez, the carpet looks much better than we expected. Richard was very professional and did excellent work. We could not have asked for a better person to come into our house and clean the carpet.

Service was great. Fast scheduling and they handled my change of schedule due to road being closed for service.

My carpet looks almost new! I am renting and the difference between what the carpets look like when I moved in to now is AMAZING. Zerorez vdid an amazing job!! I will use them again.

Joshua (?) was outstanding, very professional, personable and knowledge about carpets and other services offered. He politely suggested and demonstrated how the grout ini the kitchen, since it is a high traffic area, was dirtier then the other rooms. We declined the service this year but passed on his recommendation will do it next year.

I would recommend Joshua for training as both an inside and outside sales person who any other position that requires strong interpersonal skills and keen understanding of your services. He was an excellent ambassador of Zerorez to the public.
