Let’s talk about how SOFT my carpet felt after zerorez came out! Not only did they get the stains out but my carpet is AMAZING! Would definitely recommend and will definitely be using them again!

2nd time I've used Zerorez. Very happy with them and will use them again.
Every advertisement I have heard says the carpet dries faster with zerorez, this was not my experience. The carpets were finished by 945 AM, when I went to bed around 10 pm the floors were still too damp to move the furniture back. This is pretty standard dry time, but the advertisement gave me different expectations. The tech that came out was professional, knowledgeable, and super Nice. I give him a 12 out of 10!

Everything turned out great but some of my stairs are still wet. It was Saturday when they were cleaned. That's crazy that they are still not dry.

I believe a couple of spots were missed, based on the still-dark color of the grout. I will give it another day or two to make sure everything is dry, then call for a follow-up. Otherwise, I love knowing, and seeing, that my floors are really clean.

There are two small drywall stains still on my carpet near the Master Bath. Would like to get that taken care of when I call you out to clean my other rooms. The worker was professional and nice.

I liked the quick availability for an appointment and how easy it was to get an estimate. They guy that came to clean my carpet was Steve and he seemed like a pretty nice guy and was very knowledgeable too. I would definitely go with Zerorez again if I needed my carpet cleaned.

It does not appear that this process cleans as well as the steam cleaning we have done previously.
Technician was on-time, very professional and very knowledgeable. Wore booties inside the house to minimize any dirt brought in on shoes from outside.
Stains were not removed. Dirt was not removed. Age of carpet was your technicians reason. Hardly any effort was made by your employee.I had to push him to do a better job at times. He needed to slow down and let the equipment do the work correctly. Was in a hurry to leave.
