I am very familiar with alkaline water. We drink it every day.
I really like the fact that after having Zerorez clean my carpets they smell fresh no odor at all and they feel clean not crunchy.

The technician was on time, very polite and explained the process before beginning.

I ordered three different services and I'm very happy with all of them. The sofa came out perfect as did the tile and grout in the kitchen. The carpet was a challenge because of the various stains from my old cat. There was only one stain that didn't completely come out.

Scheduled the work to my time frame. Jeff the technician was on time for the appointment, very knowledgeable and courteous.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

The service guy up sold me which is fine but I felt kind of insulted he said my house smelt like syrup and dog urine, asked me if I just got done cooking breakfast. Also I just had my carpet replaced less than a year ago he stated that express flooring was known for selling one type of carpet and installing a different type, he said my carpet looked worn. I thought was odd since express flooring recommended your company. Plus over all it was no different then if I went through sears and would had paid less. I was expecting with how hard you guys advertise on your product to be more impressed and I wasn’t . It was just a steam clean
