Your ad rate is $135. For 3 rooms , (KNIX ). When contacted the rate was $194. And it was based on the area size NOT Number of rooms . Bait and switch?? And, after the cleaning the spots were not eliminated which was than explained to be wear spots that can not be removed.Should this not be said Before the job is started?

I like that the end result is a cleaner carpet result than even renting a different company would give us. Our carpets are old Andy they appear much cleaner than when we clean them or when we have hired other companies. I am very pleased at the results and our upstairs looks better than it has in years.

My tile floors look amazing, my house smells so clean. I also purchased 2, 3 gallon containers of the powered water so I can keep my house looking good till I have zero razz come back out. The technician was so informative and professional, he did a fabulous job. I love the fact that zeros does not use harmful chemicals ! Julie S

After letting it dry I thought it would smell cleaner or have a fresh vent and it didn’t. It looks clean but doesn’t smell good. But I would tell a friend.

I like that there are no chemicals used for cleaning. I also enjoy that the carpets don’t have a “crunchy“ feeling afterwards.

I asked for an estimate on a tumeric spill, I didn't want to pursue unless they could guarantee they could get it out. It was pursued anyway and the stain is still there. The guy was very nice and genuinely thought he could get it but to no avail. I'm going to have to buy new carpet and had to pay 89.00..
So I was NOT happy.
