Carpets and floors always look great great staff and quick dry time
We had a 2-4 appointment,we got a call asking if you could come early wasn't home at the time. I got home and your man was here,and my furniture wasn't moved,thought I had 2 hours to do it. This made me very rushed and not happy that someone would come without clearing it with me.When I moved the sofa for him to clean he told that I could now move it back. The carpet was wet and the sofa legs are wood,I ask if he didn't something to put under the legs. I was told yes in the truck,which he then went and got after I ask.
I then gave him my American Express to pay and was told we don't accept AX.American Express is the only card I ever use,l have a bank card but had never used it. My policy is if you don't accept AX I go elsewhere.There was to many negatives with your service that day for me to use your service in the future.

CLEAN CARPETS WITHOUT LOTS OF CHEMICAL RESIDUE AND FAST SERVICE
We loved the guy that came and did our rugs and for the most part, all the rugs look good except the room with the dog smell in it. We opened up the room for the 72 hours+ and put in some smelly Scentsy wax to help get the smell out again but it is still there as we don't keep the room open with the dogs roaming. Trying to keep them out of that room.

The carpets look absolutely spotless , no lingering odors. The gentlemen that cleaned the carpets was very professional and courteous. We will defintely use ZeroRez again.

We have used Zerorez for a number of years, always have been very satisfied. This time was great, Michael was our tech the other day and did great job. He was on time, he answered our questions. So YES I would recommend ZEROREZ for carpet cleaning.
