Aaron, the technician, was very timely, courteous, and thorough. He worked diligently to make them look almost new again. I'm beyond grateful for everything done to bring my carpet back to life!
After having my carpets cleaned by zerorez there was no odor from the cleaning solutions like there has been with other carpet cleaning companies. The carpets look great went they aren’t crunchy to walk on like my previous cleaning experiences have been with other companies. I am very pleased with the results and would absolutely use them again and recommend them to friends and family.

I am always pleased with the service and our tech was pleasant and did an outstanding job!!
The employee was very nice and very accommodating, but I'm very disappointed in the product. My house smells worse than it did before cleaning my carpets. It seemed to bring out my pet smell more.
Carpets came out great and price was reasonable
We recently had both our rugs and tile floors cleaned by Zerorez. We are totally happy with the results and the professionalism of your company from the first phone call to the follow up before the service person arrived. We would highly recommend Zerorez to anyone.
The cleaner we had asked what our pain points were on the carpet and gave us suggestions on the product to eliminate the stain/s and order. He was thorough with cleaning the upstairs bedrooms, hallway and stairway. When he was finish it had a nice clean fresh scent to it verses industrial cleaning.

The technician was friendly and quick, however a few hours later after I was finally able to walk through the house I noticed he completely missed the master bath tile, which I did include in my payment. Our carpet was very worn, so I didn’t expect it to look brand new, but for the price I wasn’t too impressed. I wish we had just gone with a less expensive company. There were able to get some pet stains out of the front room carpet, so that does look nice!
How truly clean my floors and couch are! It’s an amazing difference.
