I am highly allergic to chemicals and artificial scents, deodorizers. Your products had none. And that was fabulous. Quick service and carpets cleaned up great. Exactly what I needed to refresh the carpets without harmful residue and toxic chemicals.

Would have like to have seen more lifting of key stains
I thought i was going to get a 20-30 min call before the service man would arrive.
When I scheduled the cleaning, I was given 12-2 and thought that was a window someone might arrive. It was not clear that was a firm time. It was a communication problem and since the home was not occupied, I had to arrange to have someone to unlock, and as it turned out I was at a medical facility with a family member so when I got a call, the time to travel to the house made it necessary for the service person to wait on me. I felt bad about that, but would have been there if it had been CLEAR that 12 noon was a firm appointment. So many service business give you an approximate time and that was the premise i was operating under.
Service was very professional. Explanations were given as to soap was not used to clean carpets.
Anthony was very neat and whole process was very satisfactory.
The whole zerorez experience was a positive one. I would use them again.

First of all I enjoyed the person I made arrangements with. She was very polite, courteous, knowledgeable and very helpful. On a scale of 1 to 10 she gets a 10. The Technician that did the work was great. He was also polite, courteous, knowledgeable, and did a great job. He also gets a 10. I have old white carpet, and it came out just wonderful. The entire experience from start to finish working with Zerorez was great.
The tech was very informative and nice. my carpets look great, better than previous carpet cleaning companies. The service was fast and I had no issues what so ever. Will definitely schedule more cleanings wkth zerorez.

The guy was great. Our carpets took longer than 24 hours to dry, and our house was left smelling damp and musty. This is our first (and probably last) experience with ZeroRez. I guess I prefer the detergents.
