I love Zerorez and how my carpets are so clean after. They never give a rush in and out service. Each room is raked and looks flawless when finished. The carpets dry quickly but you are given booties to walk on the carpet if needed. We will never use any other company!

The products work very well, gets stains and biological spots out, the technician explains everything very well, uses a light to detect spots and showes you the worst areas that need to be cleaned. Very polite, answers all questions does excellent work.

I like that only water is used and my carpets feel good on my feet afterward. There was no harsh smells afterward and the technician got out any stains we had.

We know our carpet is old and would not come out looking like new. The carpet looked much better when it was still wet, however as it dried we started noticing problems. Our issue was in the family room. A rectangular area of carpet was missed. I put a throw rug over it for now. There are several white lines from one side of the room to another. The second room and the hallway are fine. We are thinking of hiring you to come back and do the bedrooms and offices. Perhaps the missed area can be fixed then and the main floor area in the family room could be gone over once more to remove the white lines. We have pictures if you need to see them.

I really liked that I could book online. The tool was easy to use and allowed me to enter my rooms and sizes so I was not surprised or caught off gaurd when the technician came out for the service. I was also very happy that you offered upholstery cleaning!

I think $320 to have three bedrooms two living rooms and a dining room cleaned is insane. The kid was literally here 45 minutes. It's dry now so guess I will find out how clean it is. I chose you because I wanted no chemicals. Next time I will replace the carpet.

What you DON'T use on carpets! This was the first time using your service and I was blown away on how clean my 20 year old carpet looked after :) I will certainly use Zerorez again!
