Kind employee; worked quickly; great results
I think it would be better for the carpets if you offered a traffic area only option. I would be more likely to have you clean the carpets more often.
You also need to rethink the way you do price the service. By using the room size rather than the available room size for cleaning makes me feel that you are higher than most cleaning services. Moving furniture is hard for me.
The carpets looked great once cleaned. Now the only test is how long the carpets continue to look nice.
On time, no chemical smell, friendly service, reasonable price

I love the great customer service from the entire team. They do an amazing job in the home and address all your concerns and explain what they are doing. I don’t feel like they are trying to “upsell” me. My home always feels and smells fresh and clean!

Zerorez was professional from start to finish. Scheduling was easy and they called ahead as they said they would. Austin arrived on time and was very pleasant and professional. Our carpet was worn and overdue for a cleaning. We were pleasantly surprised at how clean Austin was able to get it. We would definitely recommend Zerorez!
That you don't use chemicals
Professionalism and quality of work.
I have found no better carpet cleaning process or people than Zerorez. I wouldn't use any other service. The staff and technicians are most helpful and friendly, and they call before your appointment to let you know they are on their way. They are always on time and extremely dependable.
