I really liked the smell of the product, not a chemical smell but the organic cleanliness of citrus. The technician was on time and friendly, he explained the procedure and product and was professional. I highly recommend this company.

We really liked not having chemicals used to clean our carpets and how quickly they dried. The man who came to our home was polite and professional and considering we have old and worn out carpet, he did a fantastic job.
I signed up to pay 114$ for 2 rooms and ended up paying over $450. He did a good job, but the markups to actually get your carpets cleaned are excessive.
Your technicians are knowledgeable about your products and explain the process completely.
No sticky carpet
Zerorez employee was not interested in his job and it reflected on the service. I know good employees are hard to come by. Carpet did not appear to be cleaner than before service. Employee recommended to let dry for approximately 4 hrs with windows and doors opened and all fans on in house, the carpet was still VERY wet after 12 hrs. I will never use this carpet cleaning gimmick again
