The technicians are always very professional and thorough. I am always happy with the results.
I thought the whole service was great!! The individual who came to the house was early, which I liked very much, he was in a great mood and explained everything very thoroughly. He was also very polite. And at the end of it all, all the stains were gone and the carpet looked great!! I couldn't be happier with the service.
