The service helped a lot, my tile was very dirty. Dylan was very nice and professional. Not a miracle cure for sure still. I am happy with how it looks now. The test will see how it holds up.

Made appointment online,very easy. Technician Dylan, was prompt, professional and very personable. Carpets turned out great and looked like new! No chemical smell and dried within a couple of hours. I will definitely use Zerorez again and recommend them to friends.

More natural process. Quicker drying time. Called a few days before to give me arrival time window. Technician called when on his way & was very polite & courteous.

Technicians should wear foot covers as not to leave tracks on floor. Also, some areas took longer to dry than expected...24 hours.
No chemicals
Arrived at scheduled time. Professional friendly polite service. David and Ryan walked us thru the house asking questions and explaining what they’d be doing. Finished our carpets quickly. Gave us info on when the carpets would be ready to be walked on and furniture moved back. They know their stuff!!! Great team.
