I was just surprised by the cost of cleaning our couch! The chairs he cleaned in the kitchen had streaks across them which I was gradually able to wipe down. Otherwise he did a fine job! Thank you!

Mike was absolutely fantastic. He was polite, honest, and efficient. We were moving in and it was quite chaotic. He made it so easy for us to just work on moving and he did his thing. We accidentally flooded a bathroom at one point and he jumped right in and helped suck up some of the water. Would’ve been a disaster if he hadn’t been so quick and helpful. Hands down amazing customer service. Will absolutely recommend Zerorez to anyone who asks! Thanks Mike for making us Forever Customers!
The carpet was not as clean as i hoped for and it left a funky smell. Rep was super nice and friendly though.

The two guys that came to our home were very freindly respected our home, and did a amazing job our carpets look wonderful very happy l would use them again.
I am not happy with my cleaning. My carpet looks almost the same. The technition was quick and fast and looked like he was just trying to get through the work. My carpet is dry and looks almost the same as before. My carpet is only 2 years old and was bad enough where it couldn't get cleaned more. Very disappointed. I spend 2 days cleaning and moving my furniture to get ready for this cleaning. I spent over $500!

I chose your business because I have a child in remission from cancer and you were giving back to the leukemia foundation. I spilled water about 4 days after you cleaned my carpet and I tried it with the towel and my towel was very dirty. I was pretty surprised that my floor was that dirty after you had just cleaned it.
