I heard about zerorez on Kiss FM. My dog got sick on our brand new carpet. I reached out to zerorez and they were out within a few hours. My carpets look new again. The carpet dried so fast and no crunchy feeling. Thank you zerorez!

I thought guards were to be out out on furniture corners etc to protect it. No furniture was scratched but it only takes one time.. I thought last time I used your service, I was given booties to wear after the Zerorez team left? Also, I had a small stain from make up that didn’t get much attention paid to it. I wonder if it had, it would have come out. It felt rushed this time. I may try another set I e next time.🤷🏻♀️

I was surprised to see the pictures on the website were true to form. I vacuum regularly and keep my home clean. I was surprised to see how dirty my carpet was. Carpet is cleaned but not as cleaned as I imagined even though its only a year old and took over 24hrs to dry with a fan on the area
They didn't clean behind bedroom doors or in bedroom closet...
