Everything went very smoothly, work was done well and quickly. I was very appreciative of being able to let them in to the house remotely and only communicate over the phone, very nice with a busy schedule.
No chemicals. Safe for pets. Carpets are clean and stay clean! Great team of professionals!
The technician was great; the carpet looks great and he got most of the puppy stains up. We would use him again. I already referred your company to a couple of people.
The tech was very professional and kind
Did a great job cleaning.
The technician was efficient, respectful of our house and answered any questions we had.
We spent $375 EXTRA on the cleaning for the extraction to remove pet stains. It did nothing. I will never pay for that again, it was a complete waste of money.
Great service, arrived early, no pressure to add extra services. The carpets came out pretty awesome.
I'am set up for a yearly commercial cleaning in January. My condo has tile , but I use a Power Chair daily. In the kitchen has a lot of traffic so I called Zerorez and Joe Martin came over to visual the Kitchen floor. Joe gave me a price and Dave the tech came over in a few days and did a great Job. I would recommend in heavy traffic areas like my Condo, having Zerorez to give them a chance and you will see the best results of your floor.
Thank You Joe and Dave for helping me.

The technician was great. He went the extra mile to get spots out of our carpet that hadn't been cleaned in 6+ years. Kept us informed during the whole process. Would definitely recommend and use again.
The technicians were punctual, courteous and knowledgeable. My carpets look amazing and I am pleased with the outcome.
The man who did the cleaning was David Very nice and did a good job

Our technician was great. He didn't try to over-sell us on things we didn't need. We appreciate that kind of attitude. We love Zerorez!

It was very easy to schedule. Customer service was responsive when I called in to ask questions. Carpets were well cleaned
Have used Zerorez for many many years because our carpets actually look like new when cleaned. No crunchy feeling. Professional work done by the cleaning people who have cleaned our carpets from Zerorez all these years. We plan to continue with Zerorez.
Really like that there are no chemicals in your carpet cleaning and the people that do the cleaning are very informative and knowledgeable in the profession keep up the great job I give you 10 starts thank you
Great! :)
The cleaning of our carpet went according to schedule. Duston was here a few minutes after 8:00 on July 18. He finished and left for his next job about 10:00. He answered all our questions and explained each step. After completing the work, he gave us blue booties to wear over our shoes and took us to inspect the three areas cleaned. He did a great job! The carpeting "bubbled-up" in a few areas, and he suggested turning the room fans on to assist the drying. In about 5 hours, everything was back to normal. Thank you!
Always on time and techs are very good and thorough.
Great service rep!
