Your technician was punctual ( early in fact!), and hardworking. He did the best he could in cleaning our old, stained carpet, and there is a definite improvement. The only suggestion I would make is that he be more confident- he wasn't sure the system would work on our carpet. He did caution me about slipping both on the wet carpet, and moving between the carpet and the tile. I wish he had given an estimate as to how long the carpet would take to dry- it was a longer time than previous carpet cleanings (with different companies.)

The high traffic area still looks dirty. My husband pointed this out to the cleaner and his response was “your carpet is ruined”. The carpet is barely 2 years old and only 2 adults live here. The carpet is not ruined. I have used Stanley Steamer for years and will go back to using them again.

This was our first time using Zerorez and I was really impressed. My carpet felt soft and did not have that crusty brittle feel from soap residue from other companies. We will define pry use Zerorez again. The technician was very nice and did a thorough job.
